Deposit
A refundable deposit of EUR 750 to EUR 1300 depending on the vehicle, will be blocked on the customer's credit card.

Cross Border Travel
Crossing borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity and will be charged plenty of up to total value of the vehicle.

Toll Service
-Toll (HGS)  is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
-Toll (HGS) activation fee – prepaid toll system (Unlimited pass) is available while pickup and charges depends on the Rental days as mentioned below.       
-1-3 days : 17 Euro per day
-4-10 days: 13 Euro per day
-11-21 days: 9 Euro per day
-22+ days: 8 Euro per day

If the customer declines Toll pass / HGS, a penalty of 9.00 Euro for each unpaid toll used cost will apply.

Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Turkey, so it is highly recommended to activate Prepaid Toll Device / HGS offered in order to avoid violation. Note that it is not possible to use a personal Toll device or pay on the spot for most of the tolls.

Driver's Age
Minimum driver's age requirement is 21 years and the maximum driver's age is 65 years.
Additional drivers are subject to Additional Driver fees.

Driver’s License
Drivers must have held a full license for a minimum of 3 years. 
All driving licenses which have been issued within the European Community will be accepted.
International driving licenses (IDP) will be accepted.
Driving licenses issued in the US, Canada and Australia are accepted without international driving license.
All National driving licenses in the Roman Alphabet and in a credit card format that are subject to the list of contracting parties to the convention on road traffic in Vienna will be accepted
All other National driving licenses must be accompanied by a valid International Drivers Permit in Roman Alphabet.
Drivers must also show their passports or ID on collection as additional proof of identity. 
The country entrance stamp should be valid for 6 months. After 6 months clients need to have a Turkish driver's license.
Also, please note that to rent a car with us, It is mandatory to show travel documents i.e flight ticket, ferry or train ticket etc.

Insurance Coverage

Collision Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in the rental rates.
The damage excess amount of CDW is EUR 2500 - 3500 depending on the vehicle category. 
Full Insurance options are available at the time of pickup.

Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) is included in the rental rates. 
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability up to EUR 1.500.000,00 limited amount for bodily injury and property damage.

Theft Protection
Theft Protection (TP)  is included.
In the case of theft or fire, the client must contact the police and report the incident immediately, and submit a copy of the police report, the rental agreement and the Vehicles keys to the rental location. Theft protection does not apply beyond the rental date agreed with the pickup location.
For details of this insurance, please check with the supplier on collection of the Vehicle.

Important Notice
In case of accident, the client must contact the police and report the incident immediately, and submit a copy of the police report, the rental agreement to the rental location. If the customer do not  present a police report for the accident, the full charges of the damage will be charged to the client. Exceptions of FDW  : Charges for any of the damages written below will be charged directly to the client, the most important are the following: Underside part of the car, antenna, trays, damage to car lock, loss or damage to keys, windshield wipers, interior of the car, spare key and car jack, hubcap, lights, gas cap, damage to upholstery of a car, damages to the roof, damages caused by roof rack and any luggage on it, extreme dirtiness in the car, personal belongings in a rented car, damage due to negligence or oversight, damages done intentionally,  fuel errors, damage to child seats and baby seats, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned on electrical devices, loss of car documents, loss of registration plate. The car rental company, in any case, is not obligated to replace a flat tyre or damages in audio devices (radio, CD/mp3 player, etc.).Towing costs are not covered by any insurance. Finalrentals Turkey will not refund any telephone, taxi or hotel costs. Finalrentals Turkey will not be held responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, causing willful damage, off road driving, driving without care and attention or damages caused by negligence and traffic violations. The client will accept direct responsibility in respect of such claims. Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence. This may result in a charge to the client.

Transferable Insurance 
We don't accept any Credit card or Third Party Insurances, in case of any damage, the complete damage will be charged and we will provide you with documentation/proof so that you can claim refund from your own insurance. 

Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Extra insurance options are available and can be purchased at the time of pickup.

Fees
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred
whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges
on to you plus any administrative expenses.

Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown Assistance is available for 24/7.
Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the
commencement of the hire.

Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with the same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at
the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a
refueling charge on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are
payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from
time to time, please confirm at the rental counter.

Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special
equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.

Payment Methods and Deposit
Mastercard, Amex and Visa credit cards are accepted, card should be issued in the main
driver's name.
We does not accept any other payment method than Credit card for Deposits.

Delivery and Collection
Available with prior booking in advance and will be charged EUR 50 each for delivery and collection. 

Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available at a charge of EUR 50 each for pickup and drop off.

Grace Period
For Vehicle Pick-ups
We have 2 hours grace period.

For Late Returns
After 2 hours 1 Day Extra will be charged,

If the customer comes to pick up the vehicle after the grace period, If vehicle is available vehicle we help our clients, if not we cancel the reservation.

Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
